From 18th century pirate times, this Spanish bronze crucifix has such interesting detail. The image of Christ on the front, above his head reads "INRI", the latin inscription for "Iesvs Nazarenvs Rex Ivaeorvm" translating to; "Jesus the Nazarene, King of the Jews". Below Christs feet is the tiny emblem, representative of this piece's unique origin, a skull and cross bones is shown beneath the cross. The blessed Virgin and child grace the back side of the medal. We have set this piece in 14ct. gold, and placed a single diamond centered at the crest of the cross.
